Ben jij geïnteresseerd in wetgeving? Houd je ervan om regelmatig op verschillende locaties audits uit te voeren omtrent het opvolgen van deze wetgevingen binnen een internationale context? Sta je open om een structuur op te bouwen die dit alles documenteert en uitdraagt? Dan kan deze functie wellicht een leuke uitdaging voor je zijn!
Dit ga je doen
Je verdiept je in het wetgevende kader van een onderneming en zijn onderaannemers. Je draagt de verantwoordelijkheid voor het uitvoeren van compliance audits bij deze onderaannemers en blijft up-to-date over de veranderende wetgeving. Van elke audit maak je een gestructureerd rapport met je bevindingen en aanbevelingen voor verbeterpunten. Deze aanbevelingen volg je nadien op met de desbetreffende partner om blijvende vooruitgang te boeken.
Het profiel waar we naar zoeken:
- Interesse in het wetgevende kader van ondernemingen. Een diploma in deze richting is een plus.
- Goede Excel-vaardigheden en kennis van Microsoft Office.
- Oog voor detail en nieuwsgierigheid.
- Beheersing van het uitzetten van een stappenplan met deadlines en het opvolgen hiervan.
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken en een structuur neerzetten en uitbouwen die makkelijk te volgen en te hanteren is voor anderen.
- Het vermogen om meerdere projecten tegelijk te managen.
- Je spreekt en schrijft zowel Nederlands als Engels. Frans is een pluspunt.

- Een salaris vanaf €3200 (dit is een start salaris dat kan oplopen afhankelijk van ervaring en kennis).
