What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as the first point of contact for event enquiries — via phone, email, and in person.
Building strong relationships with guests and understanding their event needs in detail.
Confidently selling and upselling our venue, packages, and services.
Conducting show rounds and guiding clients through every stage of the booking process.
Drafting proposals, managing contracts and deposits, and ensuring all administrative details are accurate and timely.
Hitting sales targets while delivering a service that’s warm, personal, and reflective of our brand.
Collaborating across departments to hand over confirmed events and support smooth delivery.
Gathering post-event feedback and securing repeat business when possible.
Keeping up with industry trends, competitor research, and new lead development.
About the Role
Full-time (40 hours over 5 days), with part-time hours considered for the right candidate
Shift patterns fall between 8:00am–6:30pm, Monday–Sunday — weekend availability required
This is an on-site position
What You’ll Bring:
Great communication skills — written and spoken.
A confident, friendly telephone manner.
A proactive, organised approach with excellent attention to detail.
Sales experience (events, reservations or hospitality preferred, but not essential).
A team-first attitude, with the ability to self-motivate and adapt.
Bonus if you have:
Experience with booking systems (but we’ll train you if not!)
A passion for weddings, corporate events, or creative experiences.
An interest in sustainable hospitality or independent businesses.
