Nursery Manager Seeking a Nursery Manager with previous leadership experience and holds either a BA degree in Early Years Education from Uk or overseas or Level 3 in childcare and early years education such as NVQ, CACHE or BTEC, and is passionate about working with children. Position: Nursery Manager Location: London Contract Type: Full-time Starting Salary: £50,000£55,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualification) plus excellentpaid holidays and Bonus. About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Nursery Manager to lead a thriving early years setting in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate early years professional to make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and the local community. Youll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of care, education, and compliance, while supporting and developing your team to reach their full potential. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the nursery, ensuring compliance with OFSTEAD and EYFS standards Lead, motivate, and manage a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding childcare Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community Ensure children are provided with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment Manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy levels effectively Drive continuous improvement through reflective practice and staff development Uphold safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies at all times Requirements: Level 3 or above in Childcare / Early Years Education essential Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework, OFSTEAD requirements, and safeguarding practices Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one To apply and find out more please send CV to link provided and I will be in contact with details.
