Prism 7 Resourcing is now looking for experienced van drivers for our very known client located in Basildon. You will be required to have a good geographical knowledge covering areas such as Essex, East London, SW London, Sussex, Surrey & Kent. You will be delivering fixings & fastenings. Responsibilities You will be responsible for checking your load on & off the vehicle whilst ensuring your delivery is made in a timely manner and to a satisfactory standard, obtaining proof of delivery and reporting back to the sales office any discrepancies or damage. You will be required to perform vehicle checks before leaving for the day. * Customer service & communication skills * Time management * Attention to detail * Comply with road safety standards * Vehicle Maintenance and Daily Checks * Access to a mobile, for timekeeping purposes Full UK Driving Licence is essential (Max 3 points) Must be able to use delivery applications on mobile. Hours of work – 8am – 5pm (30 min lunch) Mon – Fri (No weekend work) Company Vehicle Supplied (to remain at the depot overnight) Pay rate: £12.5/ h If you\’re intersted please apply with your CV and you will be contacted immediately
