Sure Staffing UK is currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a leading food production facility in the Driffield area. Our client is a well-established pea processing factory, operating in a fast-paced and efficient environment that prioritises safety and quality. 📅 Shift Patterns * Option 1: Monday–Thursday – Day Shift: 6am–6pm – Night Shift: 6pm–6am * Option 2: Friday–Sunday – Day Shift: 6am–6pm – Night Shift: 6pm–6am 🧹 Main Duties Will Include: * Operating production lines and machinery * Maintaining a clean and safe working environment * Ensuring products meet quality standards * Adhering to site policies and procedures 💷 Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour ✅ What We’re Looking For: * Experience in a production or warehouse environment (preferred) * Ability to work as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and a safety-first approach * Reliable and committed with a strong work ethic Sure Staffing UK Limited acts as an employment business for temporary assignments and as an employment agency for permanent placements.
