The role:
We’re looking for a Senior Operations Executive to join our high-performing Amazon account team. You’ll work closely with our Senior Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day execution of media campaigns across thousands of Amazon lockers in the UK and EU5 regions.
This is a role for a doer. A detail-driven, relationship-building, process-loving individual who thrives on making things happen and keeping everything running like clockwork. You’ll liaise with suppliers and stakeholders, ensure our creative assets land on time and on-brand, and play a part in exciting business efficiency projects too.
What you’ll be doing:
Campaign Coordination (Amazon Locker Wraps)
- Lead the delivery of Amazon campaigns from start to finish, following clear processes and critical paths
- Manage third-party suppliers to ensure timely, compliant delivery of printed and digital media
- Build strong relationships with Amazon stakeholders and suppliers across the UK and Europe
- Keep campaign trackers up to date and ensure bookings and billing are accurate
- Collaborate on data insights and process improvements that unlock more value for clients
Internal Operations Support
- Manage kit distribution for new starters and support kit needs across the business
- Monitor kit inventory and take action when stock runs low
- Support wider efficiency initiatives that improve how GIG operates
What we’re looking for

- Comfortable with data and keen to learn how it drives better decisions
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Power BI or Tableau a bonus
