A fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to join the team at a successful and busy destination inn that provides hearty homemade fresh food dishes. As Sous Chef you will work closely with a small team of 4 chefs to ensure service times run smoothly and the kitchen paperwork is all up to date. This is an inn that is very busy throughout the year but especially during holiday periods when there are lots of tourists due to its stunning location in the peak district. You will be expected to be able to run the pass and organise the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate for this role will have been working as a Sous Chef at a similar style high volume, fast paced, fresh food property, where you have demonstrated excellent standards. An enthusiastic, hands on chef that is creative, confident and a good team player.
