Real Estate Lawyer (Development)

Real Estate Solicitor (Development), 5-7 Years PQE, Hampshire, £65,000 – £85,000 (DOE) – JOB REF:1763

Responsibilities

• Support developer clients throughout the entire development process — from land acquisition to planning, infrastructure agreements, and plot sales.
• Responsible for a varied caseload including strategic site acquisitions and disposals, conditional contracts, options, promotion agreements, Planning and Section 106 agreements, infrastructure and utility arrangements, plot sales, and ongoing site disposals.

Requirements

• Real Estate Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5‑7 Years PQE in Residential Development.
• Experience managing complex transactions and advising developer clients.
• Strong client‑facing skills and commercial acumen.
