Trust Housing Association has an exciting opportunity for a Retirement Housing Coordinator on a permanent, part-time contract at our development in Joppa, Edinburgh.. In return you will receive a competitive salary of £12.17* – £12.66 per hour (*based on enhanced annual leave). In return for your enthusiasm and commitment we will offer you: – £15,821* or £16,458 Annual Salary pro rata (*salary based on enhanced annual leave) Working 15 hours per week, worked 3 days per week, Monday – Wednesday – 9:30AM – 2:30PM 33* or 28 days annual leave per year pro rata Paid Disclosure Scotland check Access to paid training & continued personal development What we’re looking for in our Retirement Coordinator: You will provide advice and assistance in housing management and property related issues, to our tenants in Edinburgh, ensuring that tenants and their visitors can enjoy a safe, secure and comfortable environment. Retirement Coordinator Skills and Experience: You should be self-motivated and capable of working on your own initiative as you will play a key role in the lives of our tenants, promoting and supporting them to achieve independent living.
