What You’ll Do
In your day to day you will be assisting residents with their daily routines, and spending time with them whether they want to go for a walk or stay in and watch a movie. On some days you may be supporting them with college attendance, or joining them on fun day trips out! No two days are the same here at Ryde House Group, and you will watch in real time as all your hard work to help people live fulfilling, meaningful lives comes to fruition.

If you’re kind, patient, eager to learn, and have a passion for helping others then you’re all set! We’ll provide the training you need to develop your skills in our extensive in-house training programme. If you do have experience, we may consider you for other roles within our company such as one of our Senior Support Worker roles.
