The Chef Patron of this popular gastro pub with rooms is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen to work closely with the brigade of 3 chefs. The daily changing menus focus on modern British dishes, all freshly made with as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. The pub is in a popular location and can be very busy during the summer. As Chef de Partie you will be expected to be capable of working across all sections in the kitchen and will be trained to a good standard..
Requirements:
A talented Chef de Partie who can work well under pressure and has a good work attitude is required for this role. A background working in good quality, fresh food operations is desired for this position.
