We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HGV Class 2 Driver to join our team. This role involves delivering palletised goods to various locations in and around Lancaster, with approximately 10-12 drops per day. You will be expected to record deliveries using a handheld system.
Salary: Up to £16.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely drive a Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods to customer locations
- Make 10-12 drops per day, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries
- Use the handheld delivery system competently
- Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded correctly and securely
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
- Complete necessary paperwork and log deliveries accurately
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
Requirements:
