We\’re recruiting a Pitch Executive to join our Pitch team on a 12-month fixed term contract to help with an exciting internal project that is improving how pitches are put together and enhance the sales process.
The Pitch Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating the preparation of high-quality pitch materials and proposals to support the firm\’s business development efforts. They will be expected to follow the firm\’s best practice pitch process and proposal automation tool.
This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Pitch and proposal management: Coordinate the development of pitch materials and proposals, ensuring they are tailored to the client\’s needs and aligned with the firm\’s strategy.
- Content creation: Draft, edit, and proofread pitch documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to our style and tone. Contributing ideas and copy for our content library.
- Market research: Conduct research on potential clients, industry trends, and competitors to inform pitch strategies and enhance the firm\’s competitive positioning.
- Collaboration: Working to support other members of the team on complex pitch opportunities. Regularly working with partners, lawyers, and other business services colleagues to gather relevant information and insights for pitches.
- Project management: Manage multiple pitch projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
- Pitch tracking and reporting: Update the firm\’s pitch database, tracking the status of pitches and proposals, and following up as needed.
- Continuous improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the pitch process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
The job holder may be required to undertake additional duties from time to time.
