Are you an accomplished IT leader ready to drive transformative change in a global organisation? Stannah, a leader in mobility solutions, is seeking an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO) to lead our 5-year IT transformation strategy, which started in 2023, making digital and technology a core pillar of our success.
As CIO, you’ll take ownership of Stannah’s IT strategy, oversee the delivery of our new ERP platform (IFS), and lead our IT Centre of Excellence, both in the UK and Globally. You will drive operational efficiency, modernise infrastructure, and foster a culture of collaboration while maintaining robust cybersecurity and IT service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and bring into operation the Stannah ERP platform (IFS) and ensure a seamless business-as-usual transition, UK and Globally
- Own the 5-year global IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance (Cyber Essentials+ and ISO 27001)
- Mentor and grow a high-performing IT team to support global operations
- Manage IT service operations, vendor relationships, and multi-million-pound budgets
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align IT initiatives with business goals
- Oversee the IT PMO function, IT Service Operations and ensure quality support services
What You Bring:
- Experience: Significant years in Senior IT leadership, including managing complex projects and ERP implementations
- Expertise: Proven ability in IT operations, risk management, and budget control
- Leadership: Strong skills in mentoring and developing teams, with a track record of fostering collaboration and delivering results
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred); knowledge of ITIL and/or change management frameworks
