We have a newly created role as a Business Change Manager in which you will be able to make a real difference. You will drive the success of IT-driven projects by developing and implementing change management strategies and plans that result in faster adoption, increased proficiency, and minimized resistance for initiatives. Your role is instrumental in ensuring successful implementation and adoption of changes by working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Conducting impact analysis.
- Assessing change readiness.
- Identifying key stakeholders.
- Creating and managing project-specific change management plans.
- Providing support and coaching to front-line managers and supervisors.
- Supporting the design, development, delivery, and management of communications.
- Conducting training needs analysis.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Tracking and reporting issues, risks, and progress related to change management activities.
- Evaluating and ensuring user readiness and adoption.
- Defining and measuring success metrics.
- Monitoring change progress.
- Acting in an advisory capacity for change management to the wider business.
The Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in change management or a related field, ideally in implementing a change management practice.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and environments.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
