From gorgeous ceramics to beautiful brassware (taps and showers that\’ll make you sing in the shower!), stylish furniture, handy accessories, and those delightful decorative touches for the bathroom and beyond – you\’ll have a hand in it all!
What You\’ll Be Getting Up To:
- Lead the charge in creating fresh and exciting bathroom bits and bobs, plus cracking home products, all driven by what our customers really want (and what will make our categories grow!).
- Pitch your brilliant new collections, cleverly mixing our current winners with your unique, never-seen-before designs. Think harmonious pairings that are a real match!
- Get your design on by briefing or creating individual components, and dreaming up snazzy new colours and finishes for our existing lines – it\’s all about adding those tempting new angles to boost sales.
- Become a trend detective! You\’ll be sniffing out the hottest design vibes from hotels and restaurants, then cleverly translating them into must-have pieces for the homeowner.
- Get into the minds of our customers by defining design audiences and profiles, making sure your creations are spot on and utterly appealing.
- Help us shape and shine our in-house design process, from the nitty-gritty of material research right through to those exciting product sampling stages.
- Charm us with your ideas! You\’ll be pitching your designs to the wider team and taking on board commercial needs and feedback like a pro.

- You\’re a confident presenter and can pitch your ideas with style.
