At Netflights we’ve been comparing flights online since 1992 and about 1.5 million people fly out of the UK with us each year. On average, 86 Netflights customers sleep in ourhotelsevery night. And more than 50 peoplejet off to Dubaiwith us every day. Basically, we’re pretty popular! We’re also part of dnata Travel Group, part of the Emirates Group.
In addition to our great website, we also have a contact centre for customers who prefer to talk to us about their travel plans. We’re now recruiting for a Travel Consultant to join this team and provide the excellent service our customers expect from us and that’s why our Trustpilot score is 4.6.
In this role you will answer inbound calls from our customers, matching their requirements and using your customer service skills and travel knowledge to recommend products that will enhance their travel experience.

Hours 37.5 hours per week over 5 days over 7 Monday-Saturday. 9am-9pm.
Salary: Basic £23809.50 + uncapped commission
Ideally you will have strong travel sales experience or have travelled extensively together with great customer service and sales skills.We would also welcome applications from anyone with a Travel & Tourism qualification.
When you join us, you’ll have an initial 3-week interactive training period with our inhouse training team. You’ll then join our ‘academy’ with dedicated support from your mentors and coaching and support from your team manager.
You will have lots of opportunities to enhance your product and destination knowledge – including product training from our destination team and suppliers. You’ll have the chance to attend supplier events where you can meet others in the industry as well as learn about a product or destination – and there are usually prizes up for grabs!
