We’re on the lookout for a friendly and upbeat Team Leader to bring energy, positivity, and great vibes to our store! The position is located at 202 Bawtry Rd, Wickersley, Rotherham S66 1AA.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our store, supporting the Store Manager, keeping the team motivated, and ensuring every customer leaves with exactly what they came for – and a smile. When the Store Manager is away, you’ll step up and keep operations running smoothly with confidence and care.
You’ll play a key role in the day‑to‑day running of the store – creating great customer experiences and driving commercial success. You’ll lead by example, uphold the Card Factory Way, and nurture growth for yourself and your team. With your energy and commercial insight, you’ll drive store initiatives, facilitate open communication, and maintain a positive and inclusive vibe. By monitoring performance metrics, you’ll help keep the store running efficiently and the team thriving.
