Our client is a well established financial services business who provide funding solutions to small businesses across the UK. They are growing significantly, and are looking for a number of customer retention specialists to join their dynamic team in central Liverpool.
The role is responsible for making warm outbound calls to existing business customers in order build and maintain lasting relationships and to identify new opportunities, which would be passed onto the field sales team.
You will promote the range of services and products offered by the business, building a pipeline of contacts, and managing these contacts in terms of diarising call backs/keep in touch calls throughout the year.
We are looking for candidates who have had some work experience, ideally within a similar customer service or sales related environment, however this isnβt essential β more importantly you will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, be self motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment.
This role is seen as a stepping stone into the financial services sector, and offers genuine career progression for ambitious individuals.
