Description:

I\’m looking for a talented Service Desk Engineer to work for a well-known UK brand. The position requires people to have LIMS and Windows 10 experience, with excellent work ethic and customer service skills.

You will be required to be accessible to Manchester for onsite work 5 days a week. Sometimes there will be remote working; however, be prepared for onsite.

Key Requirements:

  1. LIMS (Must have)
  2. Previous experience in Healthcare organisations or NHS businesses
  3. Knowledge of Windows 10 and Server 2022
  4. To contribute to the support and implementation of the LIMS Project to deliver maximum value to the business
  5. To deliver a high standard of support
  6. To provide desk-side support within dedicated region/cluster supporting all sites for the LIMS project
  7. To provide 2nd line remote support to end users within the dedicated region
  8. To deliver excellent customer service throughout all engagement with the user to improve user satisfaction
  9. To resolve incidents and handle service requests in a professional and timely manner
  10. To proactively develop the quality of the service offered to the end users and the efficiency of the delivery of that service with regard to the LIMS project roll-out
  11. To provide support during the LIMS project deployments
