We are looking to recruit 2 immaculately presented Receptionist / Admin Assistants for a real estate business based in central London, to work as a team and manage two positions presenting the face of the company for clients and visitors.
We are seeking enthusiastic and eager team players to join the organisation. The successful candidates must be ambitious and keen to take on more as they develop in the role – there is huge growth and development potential in this role, with the company looking to nurture and grow the right candidate and enable real career development down the line.
Candidates must have proven ability in using initiative, work without close supervision, and exercise discretion with all professional and personal information. We require individuals who work well within a team environment. These positions demand personable, dynamic, confident and charming individuals who will serve as the first point of contact for all visitors.
A willingness to learn and a positive attitude are key, as is confidence and the desire to take ownership of tasks. The ideal candidates will possess excellent listening and communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Hours– 8am-6pm (8-5 or 9-6)
Start– ASAP
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answer main switchboard / deal with incoming inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Receive visitors in a warm, professional and courteous manner
- Coordinate the booking of meeting rooms
- Collate and update lists, logs and registers as required
- Sort the post each day
- Arrange couriers when requested
- Maintain filing systems and provide photocopying, faxing, scanning services
- Support the other administrative staff with administrative duties
