Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contact delinquent customers via telephone and email, maintaining consistent follow-up according to established performance metrics.
- Meet or exceed individual cash targets and call volume as assigned monthly and quarterly.
- Escalate accounts where financial instability is evident, including payment & performance bond filings, lien filings, and contacting end users or general contractors.
- Prepare and refer identified accounts to legal counsel or third-party collection agencies.
- Collaborate with field office personnel and AR Management to identify process deficiencies and implement best practices.

- 0-3 years of customer service/collection experience.
