Job Description
The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. They are responsible for driving sales by analyzing the business and providing excellent customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and enhancing store processes. They leverage creative skills through floorset updates, styling, and product knowledge. They also lead talent development, recruiting, training, engagement, and fostering an inclusive environment.
