Solution Architect

Solution Architect – Hybrid (London) A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solution Architect to join a growing team in a key role supporting a strategic distribution channel. This hybrid role requires 2-3 days per week in the London office. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality technological solutions that meet the business’s operational and compliance standards. They will collaborate with various stakeholders, lead infrastructure and development teams, and ensure solutions comply with governance bodies, such as Information Security and Data Protection. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative solutions using existing platforms and standards Lead project teams in implementing solutions that align with business needs Engage with stakeholders, presenting solutions for approval and feedback Evaluate new technologies and vendors, recommending the best options Essential Experience: Extensive experience in solution architecture within the insurance industry Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally Expertise in ensuring business-IT alignment through effective solution design This role is ideal for a driven, self-sufficient solutions expert looking to contribute to a forward-thinking team and make an impact on the business’s future. Salesforce, Databrick and Azure experience is beneficial.
