An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced cost lawyer to join an award-winning commercial law firm. This will be a new post within the firm and therefore will provide an opportunity for an ambitious cost lawyer to develop the role within the practice. It is envisaged that you will need to have at least three years’ experience as a costs lawyer, but they are open to considering candidates with the right soft skillset as well as technical skills.
First-class communication and influencing skills are essential. The firm handles a very diverse range of commercial work including IP, technology, and media. Salary is entirely negotiable based on experience and what you can bring to the role. Flexible regarding remote working, but a mixture of office and remote will be the norm.
