Retail Liaison Manager – Fixed Term Contract (to end of September 25)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Retail Liaison Manager to support our field operations. The role involves managing store outreach, scheduling visits, and acting as a key contact for retail partners and Retail Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organisational abilities, and a customer-focused approach to ensure efficient scheduling and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to independent retailers to secure sign-ups for the 121 programme.
- Manage communication and booking of stores requiring face-to-face visits from a Field Operations Manager (FOM).
- Make reminder calls to stores before scheduled visits.
- Use the internal BMS system to book, manage, and review store visit schedules.
- Monitor and optimise the booking schedule for efficiency.
- Communicate with FOMs promptly and troubleshoot scheduling issues, escalating as needed.
- Serve as a helpline for store queries regarding the 121 programme.
- Support Retail Sales Representatives with store-related issues and escalate unresolved matters.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail liaison, sales support, or similar roles involving outbound calls and scheduling.
- Strong communication skills for building and maintaining relationships.
- Highly organised with attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM or booking management systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Previous retail or field sales experience is advantageous.
