We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal and IT skills, and experience working in a frontline admin office.
Requirements

- Confidence working in a call centre environment, using a computer system while handling a telephone call.
- Ability to interact with customers and service users face-to-face and on the telephone with a pleasant manner.
- Excellent ICT and keyboard skills.
- Include all relevant admin/office experience and/or any ICT qualifications you possess.
Tees Community Equipment Service operates throughout the Teesside area, supplying equipment to assist disabled people to live independently at home. We are committed to delivering high-quality service to our Service Users.
You will work in a small but busy call centre, providing administrative support including call handling and data entry.
Main Duties
- Making incoming and outgoing calls.
- Coordinating with Service Users, their families, Health and Social Care Professionals, and colleagues to ensure prompt delivery of medical equipment.
- Using our bespoke IT system to arrange deliveries and collections (training provided).
- Maintaining confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the work.
- Being flexible and accommodating.
This is a fixed-term contract until 31.03.2026.
The service operates Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, from our offices at Unit 3 Raleigh Court Riverside Park Middlesbrough TS2 1RR.
