Known for delivering high-quality, innovative solutions across sectors including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Industrial, and Entertainment, this practice offers an exciting opportunity for a Structural Engineer to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the structural design and delivery of diverse building projects, from concept through to construction.
- Manage project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.
- Produce and review detailed calculations, drawings, and reports using industry-standard software.
- Contribute to business development through client engagement and support in preparing bids and proposals.
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- Chartered or working toward Chartered status (MICE or MIStructE).
- Strong experience delivering structural engineering designs across major materials (steel, concrete, timber, masonry).
- Proficiency in design software such as TEKLA, Tedds, Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Scia is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage clients and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Demonstrated experience working in consultancy environments on UK-based building projects.
