Antrim Working Hours: Full-time, on-site presence required Syntech Recruitment are partnering with our client, a leader in stainless steel pipework and bespoke products for the Pharmaceutical, Brewing, and Distilling sectors. They are recruiting for an experienced Welder / Fitter Site Lead / Supervisor to manage an exciting new project due to start in Belfast, with additional projects planned in other locations following its completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead teams, oversee projects, and shape success with a leading company. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification. Lead and coordinate teams of skilled pipe welders and fitters with a “hands-on” approach. Interpret and work with engineering documentation, including P&ID drawings (essential). Develop project schedules and ensure time is managed effectively. Attend company meetings and issue/revise method statements as needed. Ensure compliance with safety standards and foster a positive, problem-solving environment.
