Premier global Central London consultancy has a requirement for an Associate-Director Structural Engineer to join the expanding London studio.
The ideal candidate will be a Chartered member of IStructE and/or ICE with extensive experience in structural engineering design, project management, and leading large teams within UK consultancy environments. They should be comfortable with client-facing roles and managing a team of 10+ on large new-build projects. Business development skills are also essential to support the growth of the office, which currently employs around 100 staff.
The current workload includes a mix of new-build and refurbishment developments, with project values up to £250 million, both in the UK and internationally. Projects involve collaboration with major architectural practices and present challenging opportunities.
The role offers a top base salary, attractive benefits, and the opportunity to work on significant projects within a large structures design team. There is scope for career progression to Director-level in the short to medium term.
