For Companies Our client has a good, mainly UK focused, renewable energy practice and most bases covered in terms of providing a full service to clean energy clients. The team cover all aspects of renewable work from wind, solar through to storage and networks. They need additional strength in pure commercial areas (PPAs, JVs, development agreements and EPCs etc) in order to respond to client demand and a decent pipeline of work and tenders.
As a firm with a number of UK offices the partners will be agnostic on location and the flexible working style they have here may suit people. You could be either a senior associate / LD taking the first step to Partnership or a more senior partner in practice (requirements on following will depend on level and compensation, as always). The firm would also be happy to talk to senior lawyers who are in house, have the necessary commercial law skills and also insights from client side.
