Job Description

As a Talent Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building high-performing content and SEO teams by identifying, engaging, and nurturing top candidates across key markets including (but not limited to) DACH, Nordics, US, Canada, LATAM, and Southern Europe.

You’ll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition and hiring teams to develop sourcing strategies and pipelines of top-tier industry professionals in the iGaming space.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters to deeply understand hiring needs and define sourcing strategies for Content and SEO roles.
  • Actively source, identify, and engage passive candidates across various platforms, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific forums.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Screen candidates to assess their fit based on job requirements, market knowledge, and company culture.
  • Research and map talent pools across markets and competitors within the iGaming industry.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in our ATS and sourcing trackers.
  • Support employer branding initiatives by identifying relevant communities, channels, and content opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, SEO/content role profiles, and market salary benchmarks.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience sourcing talent in the iGaming, digital marketing, or tech industries.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and content-related roles (e.g., SEO Specialist, Content Manager, Content Strategist, Link Building, Localization, etc.).
  • Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, CV databases, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you know how to spark interest and build relationships with candidates.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple roles at once.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (German, Spanish, Dutch, etc.) are a plus.
