Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for loan application administration, ensuring all documents are complete, accurate, and processed quickly.
- Work directly with brokers and underwriters, filling in any gaps, answering questions, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- Loan administration – KYC, guarantees, and all the formalities.
- Manage the transition to Customer Success, ensuring all operational tasks are complete and the customer’s journey is smooth.
- Look for ways to improve, scale, and optimise processes, suggesting tech upgrades to keep up with growth.
- Collaborate with all teams, from sales to underwriting to customer success, ensuring alignment and efficiency.
- Act as the bridge between the sales team and customers, keeping them informed about their applications and proactively seeking upsell opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1+ years\’ of experience in loan operations, sales operations, customer success, or a similar role, ideally in the fintech or commercial finance industry.
- Organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage workload effectively.
