Candidate Qualifications:
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
- Friendly and service-oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with noise and fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage allergens and handle kitchen heat
- At least 18 years old
- Preferably 1+ year supervisory experience in food service or retail
- Able to stand/walk for 8-9 hours; lift up to 50 pounds
- Food safety certification required within 30 days in Illinois
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead shift team members, assign tasks, and provide feedback
- Follow security and health standards
- Manage cash and operate cash register
- Prepare food and ensure quality standards
- Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness
- Handle customer complaints professionally
- Other duties as assigned
Note: All Shift Leaders and Managers must complete Food Safety Certification through authorized agencies.
