The Opportunity
Working alongside vets and registered nurses, the VCA will:

Prepare consulting rooms, theatre and kennels to the highest hygiene standards

Handle and restrain dogs, cats and small furries safely for examinations and treatments

Monitor in‑patients, record observations and provide basic husbandry and comfort care

Guide clients on routine healthcare, practice services and post‑visit queries
-
Maintain stock levels, assist with reception tasks and contribute to a warm, welcoming atmosphere
About You

Demonstrable passion for animal welfare and client service

Confident communicator who enjoys teamwork as well as independent tasks

Calm, organised and physically able to handle animals of all sizes

Previous experience in a veterinary or animal‑care setting advantageous, but full training provided

Basic computer literacy and a flexible approach to Saturday working
