Estates Health & Safety Manager Cambridge, Cambridgeshire Salary 42-55k per Annum We are currently seeking a results-driven, Estates Health & Safety Manager to join our senior management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and safe upkeep of our facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, mechanical systems, estate whilst overseeing the Health and Safety provision throughout.The primary goal will be to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and employees whilst maintaining all aspects of the fabric of the building and award-winning garden whilst upholding safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement a thorough preventive maintenance program to ensure the ongoing functionality of all mechanical systems, equipment, facilities and estate.• Be responsible for health and safety, act as Departmental health and safety manager, delivering training for the entire department on health and safety information, and ensure the section complies with health and safety, fire safety, waste management regulations, COSHH and other relevant legislation and best practice.
