Semi-Senior Accountant – Braintree, Essex – 8 Partner Firm

Are you an Accounts Semi-Senior seeking a more local firm?

Our client, an 8-partner firm with offices across three vibrant locations, is looking for an enthusiastic Audit & Accounts Manager to join their team, helping to grow the business and develop junior team members.

Semi-Senior Accountant Responsibilities:

1. Working with team members to provide accounting services to a variety of clients
2. Preparing accounts for both unincorporated and incorporated businesses
3. Processing year-end accounts and handling tax compliance queries
4. Building client relationships across different sectors and business types

Requirements:

• Be ACA or ACCA part-qualified, or AAT qualified (ideally with first-time passes)
• Have at least 18 months of experience, including accounts preparation
• Demonstrate a desire to complete your qualification
