This role is essential to ensuring the integrity and performance of CRM and operational systems that underpin their vital care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and data within the CRM and related clinical systems.
- Support data entry, extraction, and performance reporting to assist operational teams.
- Collaborate with IT and CRM Support for system development, implementation, and training.
- Provide system documentation, training, and frontline support to teams.
- Monitor data quality, identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure all work complies with data protection legislation and GDPR standards.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders to optimise CRM usage and improve reporting efficiency.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and data visualisation techniques.
- Familiar with CRM systems, ideally in a clinical, charity or service delivery environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of data integrity and compliance.
- Experience supporting system implementations and resolving technical queries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a stakeholder-focused mindset.
- Confident working independently in a remote setup and able to manage competing priorities.
- Comfortable working across teams with a shared goal of improving patient care through data-driven decision-making.
Benefits Include:
- Salary: £26,370 – £27,500 per annum (pro-rated for fixed term)
- Home-based role with flexible travel (UK only)
- Monday–Friday, 35 hours/week
- 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro-rated)
