An exciting opportunity has become available with our Client, a successful Food supplier to the retailers. We are currently seeking a HR Coordinator on their behalf, to become an integral part of the business and to assist a dedicated HR team.
This is a key HR Coordinator position within the business, reporting to and supporting the HR Manager and successfully managing the process, who provide resource, training and guidance across the business.
Responsibilities;
Ensure HR best practice is adhered to
Manage recruitment requirements and projects
Work closely with the management team to encourage staff development and progression
Ensure new starters/induction, leavers/exit interviews, absence, disciplinary matters and agency legislation is managed efficiently

Hours; Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm
Salary; £32-35k dependent on experience offered
Location; Kent
Requirements;
Ideally CIPD Qualified
FMCG / Food industry exposure would be beneficial
