About the role
We are seeking experienced counselors to join our Clinical Affiliates Network. The role involves providing face-to-face short-term counseling, managing online referrals, and collaborating with our Case Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage online referrals promptly
- Provide short-term counseling (3-8 sessions) to clients
- Offer timely feedback and case notes
- Report risk events to the Case Management Team
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Accredited practitioner with BACP/UKCP/COSCA/BPS, NCS, BABCP or equivalent
- If not accredited: Diploma qualification, registered with a professional body, 3+ years post-qualification experience, and 450+ counseling hours
- Experience with short-term counseling in an EAP setting
- Professional indemnity insurance of at least £1,000,000
- Registered with the ICO as a Data Controller
- Access to a private, suitable consulting room
- IT literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Word, email, and online systems
- Understanding organizational dynamics and workplace issues
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Case Management team
