Electrician Job Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will undertake a variety of electrical jobs, including:
- EICR Testing: Performing Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) and certifying work using a PDA system.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Handling day-to-day electrical repairs, including fuse board replacements and general property maintenance.
- Electrical Upgrades: Rewiring, void property upgrades, and fit-outs.
- Safety Installations: Installing and replacing smoke and CO alarms.
- LED Lighting Upgrades: Upgrading communal area lighting to energy-efficient LED fittings.
You will work on long-term contracts in social housing in Lambeth but may also be required to cover across Essex, Lambeth, Hertfordshire, and Waltham Forest, with full support from our dedicated contract management team.
