Global Retailer, headquartered in London, are currently looking for a Senior Property Accountant. This role will pay £35k-£40k, into the Head of Property Accounts and will partner landlords and internal teams across the business.

Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting for all leased buildings including P&L, balance sheet.
- Assist with property accounts for overall company financial statements.
- Working with Head of Property Accounts to prepare and review budget and forecasts for all UK properties (100+).
- Working closely with Property Managers and acting as Lease Accounting expert on all matters.
- Reconciliation and management of all lease payments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Part Qualified accountant / accounting experience.
- An understanding of, and experience working in a Property Accounting role in a multi-site business.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
