CNC Miller
Location: Chorley, Lancashire, UK
Due to expansion, we are recruiting a CNC Miller to join a leading global manufacturer of precision machined components. As the CNC Miller, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines(Bridgeport, Doosan, Quaser, XYZ, KRV).

Duties of the CNC Miller:
- Writing and editing CNC programs using
- Setting up and operating CNC milling machines
- Performing tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to speeds/feeds.
- Running multiple CNC mills simultaneously.
- Monitoring and optimising cycle times.
- Conducting basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Inspecting components for defects and ensuring quality standards.
Requirements for the CNC Miller:
- 3 -5 years experience setting/operating Bridgeport, Doosan, Quaser, XYZ, or KRV mills.
- Proven ability to perform quality checks and manage cycle times.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Familiarity with precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, Verniers).
