Our Beauty Therapists play a pivotal role in the business with a mission to become the ones they rave about, delivering exceptional customer service every single day.
What you will bring:
Our ideal candidate will have a passion for skin. You must also have:
· Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (required)
· Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments (desirable)
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
· Availability to work evenings and weekends
Key responsibilities include:
· Providing empathetic support to help customers with queries and skin concerns, offering suitable solutions
· Delivering personalized skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling, and HydraFacial confidently
· Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including maintaining treatment room cleanliness and hygiene
· Supporting front desk operations as required
