Your Responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive shift reports to ensure seamless care continuity.
- Coordinate resident care with appropriate personnel, assuming leadership roles.
- Maintain accountability by accurately managing narcotics and adhering to regulations.
- Administer medications, perform treatments, and document care accurately.
- Participate in assessments, admissions, transfers, and physician rounds.
- Communicate effectively with residents and staff, attend meetings and in-services.
Qualifications
- Completion of a Registered Nurse program.
- One year of experience in a nursing environment; three years preferred, especially in geriatrics.
- Active RN license in PA.
