Readypower Rail Services is looking for a motivated Transport Administrator to support our operations. Based in our Nottingham office, this is a full time, permanent opportunity.
The ideal candidate will work with our Transport Manager to complete administrative tasks and support the planning of LGV operations.
The role:
- Communicate with Commercial Managers and clients to establish delivery requirements
- Update weekly PDI with relevant information
- Produce daily run sheets for our LGV fleet
- Book vehicles into sites that require advanced notice
Requirements:
- Excellent data entry skills and a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Previous experience working in the rail industry (desirable)
