Onze wereldwijde opdrachtgevers zijn onder andere architecten, gemeenten, aannemers en de rijksoverheid. Onze Engelse klanten bedienen we vanuit onze dochteronderneming in het Verenigd Koninkrijk (Warrington).
De rol van Projectleider bij HTC
Samen met je enthousiaste collega’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor meerdere kleine tot middelgrote projecten. Je bent de onmisbare schakel tussen onze organisatie en de klant tijdens het uitvoeringsproces.
Waar ben je nog meer verantwoordelijk voor?
- Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers over de projectvoortgang
- Je organiseert het proces vanaf sales tot oplevering
- Waar nodig ga je het project inmeten en stem je de definitieve uitvoering van de opdracht af met de klant
- Je bewaakt de budgetten, inclusief meer- en minderwerk
Jouw skills en kwaliteiten
Naast de eigenschappen die we al genoemd hebben, zoeken we jou als je de volgende achtergrond en competenties meebrengt:
- HBO+ werk- en denkniveau (technische achtergrond)
- Ca. 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in de machinebouw of de parkeerwereld
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; Duits is een pré
- Benodigde competenties: communicatief, commercieel en samenwerken
- Een passend salaris (indicatie € 4.700 – € 5.500 bruto per maand op fulltime basis, afhankelijk van ervaring)
- Werken in een innovatieve werkomgeving met een eigen lean productieomgeving
