The Buy to Let Mortgage Administrator role
As a specialist buy-to-let Case Manager, you will have a passion for the buy-to-let market, handling complex cases including buy-to-let, HMO, semi-commercial, high net worth, and portfolio buy-to-let cases.
• Assessing the validity of documents and organizing them to ensure all required paperwork is available to progress the case.
• Keying accurate data to lenders and providing relevant information to support lending decisions.
• Liaising and communicating with clients, lenders, underwriters, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate mortgage offers and completion.
• Helping the team of mortgage brokers manage clients’ expectations.
