RAC have an excitingopportunityfor a Night Incident Adviso r to join our DAFaid Control Centre based in our iconic Bescot office, Walsall. As a Night Incident Advisor you will playan important integral role in the efficient operation of the DAFaid Contact Centre through the delivery of excellent customer service. Showing a desire to provide inspirational service whilst meeting customer demands. By the provision of a responsive, consistent, and high-quality telephone service that delights Customers. Working continually to improve the quality of service delivered – Objective of our customers is DAFaid 1st Priority. Salary is £23,795.20 per year plus an additional Night Allowance of £4112.63 (once your training period is successfully completed) Shifts are on a rolling 4-ON 4-OFF basis starting at 7pm and finishing at 6am |Pro rata 40 Hours per week.
