We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our award-winning team at Reboot Online!

In this varied and strategic role, you’ll support our in-house marketing and growth efforts as we scale Reboot’s presence in the market. You’ll work across outbound, events, and community building -helping to bring our campaigns to life, drive top-of-funnel awareness, and create new opportunities for growth.

Sitting within the Marketing team, you’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across Growth, Commercial, and Senior Leadership. This role is ideal for a hands-on, proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple projects at once.

You’ll report to our Creative Marketing Director and play a key part in bridging Marketing and Growth, supporting outbound efforts, building brand visibility, and growing thriving online communities around Reboot.

What You’ll Be Doing

Events & Brand Visibility

Plan and coordinate Reboot’s presence at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

Prepare supporting marketing materials (print and digital)

Amplify event activity across social media and owned channels

Identify and coordinate speaking opportunities for our senior leadership team

Collaborate with Marketing and Growth to create B2B email sequences and newsletters

Support the creation of assets for outbound campaigns (emails, decks, landing pages, booklets)

Provide actionable insights for the Sales and Growth team (lead intelligence, pain points, campaign ideas)

Report on outbound performance, highlighting wins and optimisation opportunities

Community Growth & Engagement

Grow Reboot’s presence in online communities (Slack, Reddit, and beyond)

Act as community moderator, ensuring conversations reflect our brand values

Create and manage weekly prompts, curated content, and guest speaker outreach

Spot opportunities for co-created content like AMAs, guest posts, and peer discussions

Monitor conversations to identify emerging trends and ideas for future campaigns

General Marketing Support

Contribute ideas to our marketing calendar and support campaign delivery

Assist with award entries, attendance planning, and promotional activity

Ensure brand consistency across all external-facing collateral

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure marketing activity aligns with growth goals

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced with HubSpot for outbound email sequencing

Comfortable using Google Analytics to report on landing page or campaign performance

Confident engaging in or managing online communities (Slack, Reddit, or similar)

Familiar with agency environments and/or SEO and digital PR services

A strong writer with an eye for brand tone and visual consistency

Skilled at juggling multiple priorities across different departments
